How about a few promo ideas for later this summer?
Summer is the season of school vacation, family travel and sunburns. Your clients will appreciate your brand on pool floats, activity books and sunscreen (oh boy will they appreciate sunscreen!!) But if you want to take advantage of some fun events in the next couple of months, here are a few ideas!
As July is National Grilling Month, consider a custom spatula or grill set for your favorite clients. Keep your brand in their hand as they tend the grill!
July 14th celebrate Grand Marnier in your favorite form. Be it mixed in a Cosmopolitan or a Dirty Harry, poured over vanilla ice cream or sherbet, or enjoyed straight-up, this is a day to raise your glass to this French orange liquor! Speaking of glasses, add your logo to some cognac glasses — etched or printed, we’ll make it look classy.
July 26th is Talk in an Elevator Day! Isn’t it a universal truth that sales people are supposed to have an elevator pitch ready to go at any time? Next time you give your 20-odd second pitch, ensure that they’ll remember you by handing them a promo pen. Easy to carry, useful and keeps your brand handy! You can give out a basic (quality) pen, a multi-function pen, or a super-high quality (US made) pen, your choice!
National Avocado Day has been celebrated on July 31st since 2015 — clear indication that this is one of those opportunities to reach Millennial Offering avocado toast brunches might work for the day, but keep your brand forefront in their mind by offering an avocado stress toy. Or remind them of your brand every time they have an avocado (and for millennial, isn’t that every day?) with an FDA certified 3-in-1 avocado tool!
And you know August isn’t too far to start planning events. Remember the last month of summer is also National Golf Month! Created by the PGA in 1993, you’ll find clients of all stripes spending time on the greens. Let them tap your brand into a hole-in-one (obviously your A-Z Swagman is referring to putt-putt golf).
August also happens to be National Back to School Month — but how about we have an entire green-ish paper devoted to that joyous time!
