Stress toys do not fit cleanly into one PPAI category
One would think that they should have one category, like pens, bags and wearables. However, they probably make up some of several categories like Games/Toys (2.03% of the promo industry), Desk/Office (5.04%) and Personal (1.14%). However, they are a fun and recognizable promo product that come in a huge variety of shapes. For events in the upcoming month of August, your AZ Swagman is listing some days you can co-op your brand!
August 1st is Raspberry Cream Pie Day
What’s weird — the month of August is NOT Raspberry month (I cannot find any month devoted to Raspberries). However, in addition to August 1st, August 7th is Raspberries & Cream day, August 11th is National Raspberry Bombe day, and, while not in August, July 31st is National Raspberry Cake day! Sounds like some coordination is in order!!
August 7th is National Lighthouse Day
While most of AZOR’s customers are miles inland from the ocean, there is still a beauty of these buildings. 200 years after passing the act to establish and support lighthouses in 1789, Congress designated this day as National Lighthouse day.
August 8th is National Dollar Day
The US monetary system was established on this date in 1786. It also happens to be the birthday of your AZ Swagman’s dear Mother. Say Happy Birthday to my mum!!
August 9th is National Book Lovers Day
If you haven’t converted to e-readers, or if you just love to read, this is a day for you.
August 18th is World Honey Bee Day
Thomas J. Vilsek, Secretary of Agriculture in 2009, declared the third Saturday in August World Honey Bee Day to recognize the importance of these tiny creatures in our lives.
August 22nd is National Tooth Fairy Day
This one is for anyone who cares about teeth!
August 31st is National Diatomaceous Earth Day
